Download the zip file through the download link
Extract files to your local directory
In this you can see folders 'upload' and 'updateinstall'
'upload' folder will contain all the updated files
Through your FTP, upload all the files and folders to your root directory (give yes to overwrite)
If 'updateinstall' folder available in your bundle then upload it through FTP (give yes to overwrite)
Goto www.yourdomain.com/updateinstall/ and follow the steps to update
This will install all necessary table updates
Delete the updateinstall folder without fail else it will leads to security issues.
Updates are really a best communication between delivered products and new development in that product.
Updating your products with free updates will be helpful to keep your product up-to-date and it will save your product from security risks
Updates will never delete or change your existing data, it just updates your product bug less and reliable.
